Our Policies and Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Fees

You will be charged for the day your pet arrives for boarding regardless of the time of check in. Providing your pet is collected before 10am you will not be charged for that day.

Early pickup without a minimum of 24 hours notice will incur the full booking fee. 24 hours notification is not applicable during high season (Christmas, school holiday, long weekends) and the full booking will be charged. Request for an extension requires 24 hours' notification for confirmation of availability. During high seasons, if an extension is not available it is your responsibility to have your animal picked up on the booked time. If extensions are not requested and do occur, an additional $50 fee will be added on top of kennelling fees.

Business hours reflect scheduled drop offs, pickups and booked inspections. If there are no scheduled events the gates will be closed.

Desexing

Female dogs must be spayed and if males are entire, they will be a higher rate per day. Unfortunately, we do not cater for cats that are not de-sexed.

Worming & Flea Treatment

Both dogs and cats need to be up to date with their flea and worming treatment on admission.

Medication

If your pet requires medication, we must be advised prior to arrival. Difficulty of administration will determine if there will be a charge. All medication must come in a compartmental container clearly labelled for daily and am/pm use as well as all personal details.

Vaccinations

We require a minimum vaccination of C5 for dogs and an F3 for cats. We will need to see all 3 puppy vaccinations for young dogs. Please ensure your dog is covered for Kennel Cough as this is a requirement for boarding.

Vaccination certificates must be sighted prior to entry onto the property. These can be sent via email if suitable.
